Settlement reports

Adyen makes it easy to reconcile transactions by consolidating sales transactions, refunds, and disputes from all payment methods into a single report. Adyen generates reports that contain settlement batches paid to your merchant account, which include Affirm transactions.

Handling disputes

Disputes occur when a customer experiences an issue with their order and contacts the issuer for a resolution. If the customer is unable to resolve the issue with the merchant, we'll help facilitate the resolution. You can find more information on managing disputes in our Dispute resolutions documentation.
