Hey Folks! We’ve been cooking up some important updates you’ll want to know about. From our new Verifone integration to changes in sandbox URLs and platform updates for Hybris and Magento, here's the lowdown.

🎉 Verifone Integration is Here!

Smooth sailing just got smoother for in-store payments. Introducing our Verifone integration! Here’s the nitty-gritty:

  • How It Works:
    • Your customer picks "Affirm" on the Verifone PIN pad, and voila, a QR code is generated.
    • They scan the QR code with their phone, make and/or confirm their Affirm account, and get the thumbs up.
    • They choose their payment plan, nod at the loan details, and boom—the purchase is a go!
  • Merchant Side:
    • If you're already familiar with Verifone, just contact your account manager and they'll get you started.
    • New around here? Don't worry - just reach out to Verifone and they'll set you up.
  • Wins All Around:
    • Merchants, say hello to in-store, pay-over-time magic.
  • Ease of Integration:
    • Quick and almost effortless. Really, it's that simple.

🛠 Global Sandbox URL Change

Heads up, developers! The global sandbox URL you know and love has had a little makeover:

  • Old URL: https://api.global-sandbox.affirm.com
  • New URL: https://api.global.sandbox.affirm.com

🛒 E-Commerce Platform Updates for Hybris and Magento

If you’re in the Hybris or Magento camps, you're gonna want to read this.

For Hybris:

  • We jazzed up the documentation.
  • There are fresh sandbox testing steps, prerequisites, and a sprinkle of updates to the Hybris addon and extension. So, get your read on!

For Magento 2:

  • Say hello to Version 3.3.3. Here's what's fresh:
    • Adjusted to the new global sandbox URL.
