Down Payment

Sometimes we’ll approve a customer for a loan, but not for the full amount to cover the entire purchase. When this happens, we notify the customer that they’ll need to make a down payment.

The customer will select the loan terms and enter their debit card information for the down payment. The customer must make the down payment at this time and can only use a debit card.

If the customer decides to not accept the financing offer (with or without a down payment), we’ll send the customer a declination via SMS 1 hour later stating that loan application wasn’t processed.
