Users may occasionally need to change information related to their account. Commonly, this is usually their mobile number or their e-mail address. If this changes, then the user will not be able to apply for a new loan. When this happens, the user will need to contact firstname.lastname@example.org and our Customer Care team will assist them to update their account.
The only information that cannot be updated is the users SSN number. If this information is incorrect they will not be able to update their account, and thus will not be eligible for Affirm financing.
