Transaction Processing Do's and Don'ts

DO NOT                                                                                   DO

✕ Do not place an order or input a customer’s personal information on behalf of the customer
► Do state your return policy clearly on your website 
✕ Do not change the shipping address after a transaction has been authorized. If a customer requests their shipping address to be changed after the transaction has occurred, please email with details of the transactions and please wait for a decision from them prior to shipping
► Do capture transactions immediately after fulfillment, prior to expiry. 
✕ Do not issue store credit on refunds for Affirm transactions
✕ Do not fulfill a transaction unless it is authorized
