How to Update Bank Account Information

If you would like Affirm to send your settlements to a different bank account, please email merchanthelp@affirm.com. Someone from our team will call you back to securely take your new routing and account number over the phone. 

Affirm settles all payments to merchants via ACH to US based bank accounts, thus the account number must be for ACH and not electronic wire. The bank must be able to accept external ACH deposits/credits. Settlement to international accounts is not currently supported.

You can also encrypt this information in an email and send it to merchanthelp@affirm.com with the password to the file in a separate email.
